Providing excellence in Aeronautics Instruction since 1928, Spartan trains pilots and aviation technicians. Spartan has four campuses located near four airports.  Two campuses are in Tulsa, Oklahoma including the Technology Campus and the Flight Campus.  Also, we have two campuses are in the greater Los Angeles Area of California, one near LAX and one in the Inland Empire at Flabob Airport.

  • "Sun Flyer” Developer Collaborates with Spartan College on A&P Training
    EAA AirVenture – July 26, 2016 – George Bye, CEO of Aero Electric Aircraft Corp. (AEAC), the company developing the solar-electric “Sun Flyer” flight trainer, today announced an additional collaboration with Spartan Education Group, which operates Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology and Redstone College.
  • American Airlines Donates Engines To Spartan In Tulsa
    American Airlines made an unusual donation to Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology Friday morning.The company presented the school with two auxiliary power units or APUs from MD-80 aircraft the company has retired. The school will use the units for hands-on training for its students.
  • Sun Flyer Prototype Revealed
    The first POC prototype of the solar-electric general aviation flight trainer was unveiled at Centennial Airport. This week, Aero Electric Aircraft Corp. (AEAC) unveiled the first proof-of-concept prototype of its Sun Flyer aircraft, a solar-electric general aviation flight trainer, at a rollout event at Centennial Airport in Denver.
