Why did you select Spartan College and your program of study?: Because the people and the help I would get transitioning to my first job in the field.
How did Spartan College successfully prepare you for your career?: They provided me with all the tools I needed to succeed and enter a career path I dreamed about.
Please describe your career path and how you got to where you are today (Including degrees earned).: Took the A&P course and quickly found a company nearby that I'm more than happy with.
How has your education made a difference in your life?: I will always have a job opportunity due to the high demand of aviation mechanics. I will never get bored at my job either.
What advice do you have for current students?: Start reading your books Jeppesen and ASA books as soon as you can. Don't get discouraged. Finish your education even if you find a job while you are in school. It is worth finishing! Don't give up! Ignore any negativity and finish!
Please describe the ways that Spartan College faculty and staff impacted you. : They were my driving force and wanted me to succeed. They stayed late to help me study and cheered me on. I will be eternally grateful for the impact they had on me.
How did Spartan Prepare you for your day to day responsibilities? What tools and equipment do you use?: I use everything the school gave me. There is so much to learn in the field but the school gave me the ability and resources to continue learning on my own. There is no limit now.
What have been some of the high points of your career?: Working on King Airs and going on check flights on cj3s. My amazing coworkers.
