Spartan College to Host AERO Day Across All Campuses on April 12, 2025

Ever wonder what type of training is required to work in the aviation field of flight and maintenance? Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology is set to host AERO Day on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at all four of its campuses—Tulsa, Oklahoma; Broomfield (Denver area), Colorado; Riverside, California; and Inglewood (Los Angeles area), California. This special event is designed to inspire the next generation of aviation professionals and celebrate the exciting opportunities and outcomes following aviation training. 

Spartan offers a variety of collegiate aviation programs and is proud of their marker of training over 100,000 pilots and aircraft technicians throughout nearly 100 years of service via their campuses across the country.  

AERO Day will provide an immersive experience for guests through engaging activities and interactive experiences. Live training demonstrations will take place on-site, along with participation certificates for guests who are interested in starting or expanding their aviation portfolios. The event will also feature a special guest speaker who will speak about the state of the aviation industry and answer questions.  

Event Highlights: 

• Campus Tours: Get an exclusive look at the Spartan Campus and explore their FAA approved training facilities. From airplanes, avionics, weather, and airspace, attendees will have the chance to tour the campus and hangar, depending on campus location. 

• Meet The Spartan Crew + History: 

      Learn about Spartan’s impact on the aviation industry and engage with knowledgeable faculty and professionals in the field who are ready to share their insights and experiences. Guests will learn about Spartan’s aviation training programs, housing, financial aid for those who qualify, and career service assistance.  

Who Should Attend: High school students, recent graduates, career changers, educators, and anyone curious about aviation training for possible careers in the aviation and aerospace industry are encouraged to attend. Whether you dream of working on the ramp, flying at 30,000 feet, or keeping aircraft in top shape behind the scenes, AERO Day offers a gateway to explore your future.
