Spartan College Expands Allegiant Altitude Pilot Pathway to Tulsa Flight Program

TULSA, Okla. (September 29, 2026) — Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology’s Tulsa flight school is officially offering the Allegiant Altitude Pilot Pathway, expanding access to a structured pathway designed to help aspiring pilots progress from flight training toward a potential professional pilot career with Allegiant Air. 

Spartan College and Allegiant executive leadership will celebrate the expansion during an Altitude Signing Event on Friday, October 2, from 10:30–11:30 a.m. in the flight school’s hangar at Tulsa Riverside Airport (KRVS), recognizing the first cohort of Tulsa-based certified flight instructors (CFIs) entering the pathway. 

The addition of Spartan College’s Tulsa flight program builds on the existing relationship between Allegiant and Spartan Education Group (SEG). The Altitude Pilot Pathway was first introduced within the SEG network through McAir Aviation in Colorado in 2023.

To apply for the Altitude Pilot Pathway through Spartan College’s Tulsa flight program, pilots must have earned their FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate and meet applicable program eligibility requirements. Eligible pilots can apply to the pathway as they continue building the flight experience and qualifications needed to pursue a professional airline career. 

Through the Altitude Pilot Pathway, participants have opportunities to engage with Allegiant throughout their professional development while continuing to build flight experience toward Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) eligibility and future airline opportunities.
