Why did you select Spartan College and your program of study?
When I visited the Denver location and saw the professionalism, I was sold.

How did Spartan College successfully prepare you for your career?
Great instructors with a wide range of experience provided a good starting point for my career.

Please describe your career path and how you got to where you are today (Including degrees earned).:
My first A&P role was at TWA. This was short lived but a great first experience. I then worked at NWA Northwest Airlines for almost 5 years working in both heavy structures and line maintenance. My next transition brought me back to Ohio to a private jet company, NetJets. I just finished my 20th year here! It has been a great experience. Starting as a technician, I then transitioned into a reliability group. After some time I worked as an Analyst, helping management perform data driven decisions regarding maintenance. The next phase was Quality Assurance. This was enjoyable, since I was able to travel and help vendors improve their processes and standards. Maintenance Program analyst was my next role, following by being a strategic fleet manager. Finally, my current role as Director allows me to provide improvements and strategic maintenance through my team.

How has your education made a difference in your life?:
My education has been key to unlock job opportunities.

What advice do you have for current students?:
Your potential is only limited by your desire to work hard! 5 years experience along with your A&P is key to opening more doors and even better job roles. You wont have to work nights and weekends forever (unless you want too)
