Was interested in expanding my knowledge in aviation maintenance, avionics, and pursuing a career in the defense industry following my education.
How did Spartan College successfully prepare you for your career?
Hands on training and small class sizes allowed for our instructors to thoroughly prepare me to enter the work place as a fully certified and trained Technician.
Please describe your career path and how you got to where you are today (Including degrees earned).:
I began my journey in the United States Marine Corps as a helicopter crew chief, followed by education at Spartan College where I studied Avionics and the A&P program. Once I graduated, I began my new path as a Radio Frequency Technician with Ball Aerospace, moved into a Supervisor role, and finally became the Manager for the Research and Development Technician teams at Ball's Westminster, Colorado campus. My journey has been exciting, challenging, and more than I thought it would become. I'm very happy with my choice to attend Spartan College along my path!
