Dr. Cameisha Clark Memorial Scholarship

Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology is honored to establish the Dr. Cameisha Clark Memorial Scholarship in tribute to the extraordinary life and legacy of Dr. Cameisha Clark—a proud educator, leader, and advocate whose impact extended far beyond the institutions she served.​

Dr. Clark began her journey at Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology, Inglewood Campus, in September 2024 as Student Services Manager. Her dedication and leadership quickly led to her promotion to Dean of Student Affairs in January 2025. ​

She also held the role of Dean of Admissions and was a triple alumna of Clark Atlanta University, where she was deeply committed to advancing education, equity, and student success. A granddaughter of Faculty Emerita Dr. Bettye Clark, Dr. Clark embodied a multigenerational commitment to academic excellence and public service. Her work empowered countless students to pursue their dreams through access to education, mentorship, and unwavering encouragement. ​

In recognition of her profound contributions to the field of education and her lifelong dedication to helping others succeed, Spartan College proudly offers the Dr. Cameisha Clark Memorial Scholarship to support aspiring aviation professionals who reflect her spirit of purpose, leadership, and service.​

Scholarship Details

• Award Type: Full Scholarship
• Coverage: 100% of Tuition & Institutional Fees
• Number of Awards Available: Up to 5 scholarships awarded annually
• Eligible Campus: Spartan College - Inglewood Campus (2025 Academic Year)

Applicant Criteria

• Must be accepted and confirmed for a diploma or associate degree program at Spartan College - Inglewood Campus.
• Must begin studies on an official institutional start date.
• Must have a minimum cumulative high school GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale).
• Provide a personal statement (250 - 500 words) detailing academic and career goals, personal motivation, and how this scholarship would impact their educational journey.
• Submit two letters of recommendation from teachers, mentors, employers, or community leaders.

Applicants are encouraged to apply online by filling out the form below. Completed applications and required documents must be submitted to the campus Student Finance Department by the specified deadline. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
