Aviation relies on skilled professionals to keep aircraft, systems, and operations running smoothly. Moving into leadership roles often requires additional preparation in communication, coordination, and decision-making. The Bachelor of Science in Technology Management from Spartan College helps aviation professionals expand their knowledge and prepare for greater responsibility in technical environments.
