Spartan College Student Activities – Week of March 31st


Get involved with your college and your community! Here’s a rundown of student activities happening at Spartan College this week.




Student Council: Don’t forget student council is meeting in the auditorium on the main campus at 2:45 on Tuesdays. Come and join in any changes and events that student council is planning for our future here at Spartan. 

ASNT (American Society for Nondestructive Testing)

Welcome new students! ASNT will meet on Wednesday, April 2nd at 2:45 pm in the Main Campus Auditorium. Heads up: ASNT is issuing a challenge to AMT, AEA & AHP: Easter Canned Food Drive. We won the last drive, so here’s your chance for redemption…The Canned Food Drive will run from April 1st through April 16th. All food collected will be donated to the local food pantry.


Attention AEA members and newcomers: Road Trip to OKC Tinker Air Force Base. If you’d like a chance to see what your career field entails surely this will be an excellent opportunity, and free of charge!!! Space is limited, be sure to attend our next meeting for full disclosure. And it’s about that time we start preparing for our NCATT and Grol test, with that we will start study groups for NCATT and Grol test during lunch on Mondays and Tuesdays in the library starting March 31st.

For those of you who can’t make it get with AEA council member to submit your availability so we can coordinate after school study groups. As always, AEA meetings are held at the main campus on Wednesdays during lunch in room 905. See you there! Council members: meeting will be held Friday during lunch in the Library.

Don’t forget Pizza! Pizza! Thursdays: $2 slice and $10 a box.

Basketball is April 2nd, Wednesday, 6pm to 8pm – 50 cents the first game -25 cents, if you win, for the second. If you win a third time it’s free. If you win that third game you have to sit out one game. Location 1 block from 31st on Mingo.


Welcome to Term 3! We are having a member meeting on April 4th at Dave & Busters at 8pm. We will have the first pledge meeting Saturday, April 5th at 9am. If you have any questions, contact an Alpha Eta Rho member.
