Spartan College of Aeronautics Director of Maintenance Receives FAA’s Maintenance Technician of the Year Award

TULSA, Okla. (February 15, 2017) – The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) recently honored Spartan College of Aeronautics Director of Maintenance, Nathan Lober as the 2016 Will Rogers Flight Standards District Office’s Maintenance Technician of the Year.

TULSA, Okla. (February 15, 2017) – The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) recently honored Spartan College of Aeronautics Director of Maintenance, Nathan Lober as the 2016 Will Rogers Flight Standards District Office’s Maintenance Technician of the Year.  

Spartan honored Lober with a surprise ceremony on Wednesday, February 15, among his co-workers and Spartan College students. He was nominated by the Principal Inspectors for Spartan and selected by a group of safety professionals that cover the entire district.

Lober manages maintenance for Spartans entire fleet of airplanes at the flight campus in Jenks, Okla. In addition, he is a graduate from Spartan’s Aviation Maintenance as well as their Bachelor’s program in Aviation Technology Management and has worked for Spartan since 2011.
