If you like working with your hands and want an education and career skills that can apply to several industries, then our aviation quality control and nondestructive testing (NDT training) courses may be right for you. Quality control technicians are critical in ensuring the safety of products and parts. They help companies and organizations in the areas of cost reduction, accident prevention and improving reliability.
Students in Spartan’s Nondestructive Testing (NDT) program develop a versatile skill set of testing technology in radiography, eddy current testing, liquid dye penetrant, magnetic particle testing and ultrasonic testing.
In as few as 11 months, students can earn their diploma and qualify for work in several areas, including aerospace, aviation, construction, manufacturing, railroads, alternative energy, oil and gas and more. By continuing into our Associate program, students can even further expand their employment opportunities after graduation.
NDT and quality control measures are critical to the daily functions of many companies. These tests and analytical procedures are necessary to ensure safety and reliability for a company, its people, and its products. Motor vehicles, aircraft, bridges, power stations, trains, pipelines and oil platforms and refineries are all inspected using Nondestructive testing methods.
