Flight Program - Registration will be held at the Main Campus Auditorium at 9:00 AM. Orientation is held at the Flight Campus at 1:00 PM that same day.

  • Flight students must meet the Admissions standards with a 2.5 GPA.  If not they must have a satisfactory ACT or SAT or will be required to pass admissions testing.
  • Flight students with a GED must also pass admissions testing.

TECHNICAL PROGRAM MOVE-IN:

Please report to the main office upon arrival for check-in at 9:00 AM.

During this time, you will meet with various departments to finalize your admissions, financial aid, student account, schedule and if applicable, move into housing. You will also receive your student ID, receive your Wi-Fi access username and password, and visit our bookstore for your tools, toolbox, uniform shirts, and books. It is optional for parents to join. Orientation is held in the Auditorium on the Main Campus.

Attention Veteran Students:

VA Student Orientation will be held directly after New Student Orientation. Important benefit information will be discussed along with a question/answer session with our VA Specialist.

The following information is needed before your registration unless previously submitted:

  • Students who will have a vehicle while in Tulsa must complete online the parking permit application.
  • All students must complete online the emergency contact information form.
  • All students must be sure the admissions office receives your final high school transcript showing a date of graduation or a GED showing date of completion. If you are bringing this information with you, it must be in a sealed envelope directly from the high school. Faxed transcripts or transcripts sent via mail, must come directly from the high school to be considered official. The Admissions fax number is 918-831-8609, and the mailing address is 8820 E. Pine St. Tulsa, OK 74115. If, for some reason, you cannot obtain this information, please speak to admissions personnel immediately upon arrival so we may assist you.
  • Students with prior college credits will need to bring a SEALED, OFFICIAL college transcript of previous college classes you want to be considered for transfer credit.
  • All tech students must have successfully completed the Smarter Measure prior to or during Orientation.
  • All Online students must complete the Smarter Measure Assessment and meet the Admissions requirements
  • Flight students must meet the Admissions standards with a 2.5 GPA.  If not they must have a satisfactory ACT or SAT or will be required to pass admissions testing.
  • Flight students with a GED must also pass admissions testing
  • All financial arrangements for payment of your tuition should be complete before leaving home.  If you are using financial aid (loans, grants, or some other benefits), please contact the financial aid office to ensure all paperwork is complete. During registration, financial aid personnel will be available to assist you if you still have items to complete.

Classes begin Monday morning at 7:30 am.
