The following information is needed before your registration unless previously submitted:

  • Students who will have a vehicle while in Tulsa must complete online the parking permit application.

  • All students must complete online the emergency contact information form.

  • All students must be sure the admissions office receives your final high school transcript showing a date of graduation or a GED showing date of completion. If you are bringing this information with you, it must be in a sealed envelope directly from the high school. Faxed transcripts or transcripts sent via mail, must come directly from the high school to be considered official. The Admissions fax number is 918-831-8609, and the mailing address is 8820 E. • Students with prior college credits will need to bring a SEALED, OFFICIAL college transcript of previous college classes you want to be considered for transfer credit.

  • Students who have not passed admissions entrance testing: We recommend you complete your testing before Welcome Week. Please contact the admissions office as soon as possible to set up testing at a test center near you. It is possible to test at the campus when needed. However, you may not attend class until testing is completed and passed. If you have an acceptable ACT or SAT score or you graduated with a 2.5 or higher cumulative GPA, then you do not need admissions testing.

  • All financial arrangements for payment of your tuition should be complete before leaving home.  If you are using financial aid (loans, grants, or some other benefits), please contact the financial aid office to ensure all paperwork is complete.
