At Spartan College, we’re honored to partner with a number of industry leaders- each of which have employed our graduates. (mouse over the logos below to see more information)

Our formal partnership with Delta provides a pipeline of trained aviation maintenance technicians. Delta finds that each of our four locations- offering Aviation Maintenance Technology or Airframe & Powerplant- meets their high standards of operation.

Spartan College is proud to be recognized as a Delta Preferred Training Institution for A&P Mechanics!

Our partnership with Envoy has resulted in the ability for eligible Aviation Flight graduates to participate in the regional airline’s Pilot Pipeline Program. This enables graduates to build time towards the ATP minimum flight experience requirements.

Pilots are provided the opportunity to interview with American Airlines upon completion of Envoy requirements.

AAR provides a variety of aircraft overhaul and modification services for the world’s major, regional, and cargo airlines, as well as the U.S. government and its allies.

Through the AAR-Spartan Bridge Program, Aviation Maintenance Technology graduates are granted up to $20,000 in tuition reimbursement.

Once employed with AAR for a period of six months, an initial payment of $10,000 is made to the employee. The remaining $10,000 is paid upon successful completion of 18 months of employment.

Spartan College’s relationship with Republic Airlines- one of the largest regional carriers in the U.S- may provide direct line to employment for both Aviation Flight and Airframe & Powerplant program graduates.

Spartan College Nondestructive Testing or Quality Control program's graduates may qualify for up to $10,500 in student tuition reimbursement, upon completion of three years of employment with the company.
