Our formal partnership with Delta Air Lines establishes a pipeline of trained aviation maintenance technicians (AMT) certified by the Federal Aviation Administration. Delta found that each of our campuses offering AMT or Airframe & Powerplant programs met its high standards of operation. Graduates could be eligible for hire by Delta, or one of its subsidiary companies upon completion of training and degree. Spartan is proud to be a Delta Preferred Training Institution for A&P Mechanics!

This partnership is to develop a career path from student to a Regional Airline Pilot. The Pilot Pipeline program secures a position at Envoy Airlines while building time towards the ATP minimum flight experience requirements.

Not only does this program provide a streamlined career path, but pilots are guaranteed an interview with American Airlines once completing requirements at Envoy Airlines.

AAR provides a variety of aircraft overhaul and modification services for the world’s major, regional, and cargo airlines, and for the US government and its allies.

Through the AAR-Spartan Bridge Program, aviation maintenance graduates are provided up to $20,000 in tuition reimbursement. Once employed with AAR for six months initial payment is $10,000, another payment is received after employed for 18 months.

This relationship provides a direct line to employment with one of the country's largest regional airlines for both A&P Technicians, as well as Professional Pilots!

Subject to the staffing needs at Republic Airways, they will grant preferential interviews to any Spartan graduate who meets the qualifications.

Students in the Nondestructive Testing or Quality Control programs who are hired by Shawcor could qualify for up to $10,500 in student loan reimbursement, with a three-year commitment from the employee.

This relationship provides a direct line to employment with SkyWest airlines for both A&P Technicians, as well as Professional Pilots!
