Our partnership with Envoy has resulted in the ability for eligible Aviation Flight graduates to participate in the regional airline’s Pilot Pipeline Program. This enables graduates to build time towards the ATP minimum flight experience requirements.
Pilots are provided the opportunity to interview with American Airlines upon completion of Envoy requirements.
AAR provides a variety of aircraft overhaul and modification services for the world’s major, regional, and cargo airlines, as well as the U.S. government and its allies.

Once employed with AAR for a period of six months, an initial payment of $10,000 is made to the employee. The remaining $10,000 is paid upon successful completion of 18 months of employment.
