Spartan - Student Housing - Spartan Residence Hall
The Spartan Residence Hall is located directly behind Spartan's main campus and is available for technology students who are attending college without families. The Spartan Residence Hall is apartment style living providing private bedrooms and shared common areas.

The student housing availability is limited and is filled on a first come first secured basis. For older and married students and students with family we offer an apartment referral service.
Apartment Referral Service
Spartan utilizes an apartment locating service in the area to assist you at no charge. Our housing department will help you to locate housing and assist in getting rental applications to you. Assistance is also provided in filling out the application and making arrangements for your arrival.
