Aviation Maintenance Technicians are in high demand. For every one hundred hours that an aircraft is used for hire, it must go through a thorough aviation maintenance and inspection process. This aviation maintenance, combined with annual inspections and routine maintenance repairs create a tremendous need for qualified licensed aviation maintenance technicians.

The people who inspect, maintain, and repair aircraft must be licensed by the Federal Aviation Administration. In Spartan’s Aviation Maintenance Technology training program, not only will you gain the knowledge and skill required to obtain your FAA airframe and powerplant licenses, you will also gain the confidence and training required for top performance on the job in aviation maintenance.

Complete a diploma program in as little as 18 months and an associate of applied science degree in 23 months.

No experience is required! In this aviation maintenance training program you will learn everything from changing a tire to rebuilding a turbine engine. You will also learn about all types of aircraft from a small single engine airplane to a large transport airplane like those used by the major airlines.

The skills acquired through completion of Spartan’s aviation maintenance program are also desired in industries such as automotive, diesel, racing, marine, heavy equipment, power and light and industrial technology.

Contact Spartan today and find out how you can become a part of this rewarding and exciting industry.
